You retain ownership of content you submit when you hold the necessary rights. You grant Habla Hauz a limited license to host, process, reproduce, adapt, transmit, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate and promote the service according to your publishing choices.

You represent that your content and its use through Habla Hauz do not violate copyright, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malicious code, interfere with systems, bypass access controls, scrape the service without authorization, misrepresent identity, or publish content that creates unlawful harm.

6. Habla Hauz materials

The service, including its software, design, trademarks, editorial materials, and documentation, is owned by Habla Hauz or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials or permit use of Habla Hauz branding without authorization.

7. Third-party services
